Return Mechandize Authorization Procedure

A Return Merchandize Authorization Number (RMA#) is requried for all return items.

  1. You must request a RMA# from JMA by either:
    1. Phone our customer service department at 713-780-7262. THe Customer service department is available Monday thru Friday from 8:30 to 4:30 Central Standard Time.
    2. By filling out and email a Request for RMA form on the website. Which makes our Custoer Service department available 24x7.
  2. You will receive a RMA# by e-mail or fax within 48 hours after we receive the required information.
  3. All merchandise must be returned with 10 business days after receipt of RMA#.
  4. Items must be securely wrapped and placed in either our shipping container or one similar. Please use packing other than the manufacturer's original box to ship in.
  5. Merchandise must be in its original condition. All products not received in its original condition may be returned to you or you may only receive partial credit for the return item.
  6. Include all accessories (cables, manual, disketts, etc.)
  7. Return to JMA Tecnology, Inc. vis UPS, Federal Express or First Class Mail. Our recommendation is that you insure the package.
  8. Sorry no freight collect packages accepted.
  9. The RMA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton and the contents inside must match what is on the RMA Request Form, otherwise it may delay the processing of credit and or replacement.
